I’m Briana, the founder of Support My Mind. Just like most of you, I have been on a challenging journey from grappling with undiagnosed anxiety in my childhood, to navigating through adult ADHD in my formative years. My personal struggle with mental health issues was one filled with confusion, isolation, and a persistent lack of understanding myself. 
It was after finding the right resources that fit my needs and overcoming my own struggles that I found myself determined to pave a path for others – a path of education, community, validation, and growth. My story and care for others has driven me to begin this humble quest, one that aims to touch and transform lives through empathy, guidance, and the unshakeable power of community.
